  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Since we use a print-on-demand system, each product is custom-made just for you, which may require additional time.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your email for updates. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.


2. Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

    • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days
    • Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
  • International Shipping:

    • Standard international shipping: 10-20 business days
    • Expedited international shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Note: Customs processing can sometimes cause delays, and international shipping may take longer than expected.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Order Status & Tracking

  • After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

7. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Since each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless there is a defect or error with your order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


8. Delays & Issues

We strive to ensure that your order arrives on time; however, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier delays, etc.). If your order is delayed, please be patient, and reach out to us if you need any updates.


9. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
